Some bad guy's look the same just a different color. Every character has different abilities some have magic some do not but all of them are powerful in their own way. Seven pla yable character's and the ability to change between them when you get to a certen spot in the game. Now that you know my felling on this game onword to the Pro's and Con's. This game has more side quest than you and I put together can count on our finggers and toes, and it porbabley has more endings than any other game around even the ones from the moder age.

Sure this game is old, and looks just as old, but I can remember when this game first came out, I was kind of disappointed when I seen that this game had a battle system not unlike Final Fantasy, but in the end none of that mattered as I was overjoyed with this game's story line witch takes you on a journey through time to stop a powerful being from destroying everything, I know it sounds like some bad movie but trust me Chrono Trigger is worth your gameing time even if you only play it once.

The console version of games will always be superior to the portable ones even if only for having a larger screen/display. I agree entirely, I can't stand the small split screen on the DS.
